I ordered flowers from what I thought was a local flower shop THEY ARE NOT! I put my order in on 3/28 for a delivery for today 4/10 that never arrived. When I requested a refund at 3:28 after hearing from their automated system that there were issues with delivery, I then received an email that was not only confusing but stated they would update me with a status once the flowers were delivered. It is now after 5:00 and the flowers never arrived as a Birthday gift. I embarrassingly had to call the recipient to let this person know that I did not forget and explained the situation.
